Every purchase of Baton Household — including The Opener, The Baton Deck, The Twenty-One, The Heavy Season, and The Household Set bundle — is final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Why this policy exists

Baton Household is a digital product. Your files are delivered instantly after purchase, which means they cannot be un-downloaded or returned. Because of that, please review the product details carefully before buying.

What to check before you buy

Make sure you understand what is included, how the configuration works, and that the deck is a print-at-home product. If you have questions, contact us before placing your order.

Exception for duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a processing error, contact us within 14 days and we will correct the duplicate charge.
